Lightweight two-component epoxy filler designed for leveling large boat surfaces (such as decks). This filler is highly flexible and can be easily applied in a single pass. It withstands significant temperature fluctuations without issues of thickness loss or application difficulties. This product is the result of extensive research and testing in direct collaboration with professional applicators, which has allowed us to develop a high-quality solution.

URFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION CYCLE

Steel Sandblast to grade SA 2.5. Apply one coat of EPOFOND AM/9 primer. After 12 hours, sand with medium-grit sandpaper and apply DECK FILLER 91. Allow to dry for 36–48 hours. If needed, apply PLAMUR FINISHER LIGHT to achieve a perfectly level surface. Sand and proceed with the chosen finishing cycle.

Aluminum and light alloys Mechanically remove the oxidized surface layer. Remove dust and surface residues, then degrease with Thinner 765. Apply one coat of EPOFOND AM-9 primer. After 12 hours, apply DECK FILLER 91 and let it dry for 36–48 hours. If necessary, apply PLAMUR FINISHER LIGHT for perfect leveling. Sand and proceed with the chosen finishing cycle.

Fiberglass The surface must be dry, well-degreased, and lightly sanded. Apply one coat of EPOFOND AM/9. After 12 hours, apply DECK FILLER 91 and allow it to dry for 36–48 hours. If needed, apply PLAMUR FINISHER LIGHT to achieve a perfectly smooth surface. Sand and proceed with the selected finishing cycle.

New or restored wood The surface must be dry, clean, and dust-free. Apply 2–3 coats of EPOWOOD or POLIGLASS varnish, sanding between each coat. Then apply one coat of EPOFOND AM-9 primer. After 12 hours, apply DECK FILLER 91 and allow to dry for 36–48 hours.
